How To Apply:

Please read these instructions before you start your application. You can return by clicking the instructions link from the menu at any time.

Step 1. Register your email

• Register for an account using your email address, including your personal details
• Your email address must be unique to yourself and can only be used for ONE application. Please DO NOT submit another application using the same email address.
• You will be asked to verify your email address – Please ensure the email that you have registered is easily accessible so you can follow the link to verify it.
• The email you register should be your personal email (NOT belonging to a parent or carer)
• The email you register should be one that you have regular access to (NOT a school email address).
• The email you register will be the email that is recorded on your application and is the address which will be used for all future communications.
• If you need to change your email address after submitting your application, please send the new details to admissions@sjd.ac.uk and we will update it
• You will have the option to add parent or carer email addresses as part of your application. We will communicate with parents or carers to keep them up to date with your application if you add their details to your application

Step 2. Find and select 3 courses

• Find the course you wish to apply for and click on View Course Information
• Check the course is the right one and click Select Course
• Return back to the Find a Course page (either click back or Find a Course at the top)

Step 3. Completing your application

• When you have selected 3 courses you can click the Complete your application button
• You will need to login to complete your application 
• Once you have logged in, you will be taken through the application steps. Please allow 30 minutes to complete this process.
• You do not have to complete all your application in one sitting.  Remember to save your progress as you go along and you can return to continue your application at a later date should you so wish.
• Your application will be visible on your dashboard if you have saved it. You must click continue application to complete it.
• When you have submitted your application it will still be visible on your dashboard, but the status will not be updated.
• If you want to make any changes, or if you do not receive an email acknowledgement within 2 weeks, please contact Admissions@sjd.ac.uk

Please Note:

You have to select 3 courses before you can apply for a place at the college. 

The courses that you select are an expression of interest and will be finalised at Enrolment
